The Problem:

The customer needed a replacement system for a monorail that was damaged. This system would need to be able to unload flat bed trucks as well as enclosed trucks and deliver the materials into the building through an overhead door. Another requirement by the customer was that the system needed to be tucked safely away when not in use.

Application:

The operation involved unloading raw materials from an outdoor loading dock and delivering the materials inside.

Solution:

A ceiling mounted articulating jib crane was chosen.
